We are currently supporting a regional law firm with offices in Central London; they are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment. Our client works with HNW and UHNW clients, so there is plenty of interesting work.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You will be working on 60 to 80 files in any period.
- Solid experience in residential property, London market including complex Leasehold structures and BSA legislation.
- New build, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters.
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders.
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within deadlines.
- Working collaboratively within a growing property team.
Candidate Requirements
- From 1 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
- Confident client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload under pressure.
