Property litigation Full-time permanent role | Hybrid – herts and homeworking. Our client is expanding at a high rate and they are now seeking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor. The property dispute team combines deep expertise with a practical, people‑focused approach. They help clients navigate a wide range of issues relating to residential and commercial properties, and developments. Our work involves dealing with complex commercial landlord and tenant issues with clarity and confidence, covering lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, tenant default, possession claims, restrictive covenants, redevelopment, and telecoms.

What you’ll do: As a member of our Property Litigation team, you’ll handle a diverse range of contentious commercial and residential property matters. Your work will make a real impact, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.

About you: You will be an experienced lawyer (ideally 6 – 8 years post‑qualification experience with a strong track record in contentious property work).
