Our Client are leading firm Central London, seeking either a Partner or an ambitious Senior Employment Associate (Partner Designate) to join its newly established Employment team.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to help shape and grow a high-quality Employment practice within Mayfair, serving London, UK and international clients. While a client following is required, there is also a genuine opportunity to develop and cross-sell into the firm’s impressive existing client base.

The Work

The role offers varied and intellectually engaging work, covering the full spectrum of Employment law, with a particular focus on:

  • Contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
  • Injunctive relief and complex disputes
  • Advising clients in the financial services sector, including regulatory issues
  • Acting for employers, alongside opportunities to work with high-profile individuals, an area in which the team has enjoyed notable success, including several high-value settlements

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a primary client contact
  • Play a key role in business development, marketing and client presentations
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute strategically to the continued growth of the team
