Our client is a Legal 500 firm in Harrow, North West London. We are young, dynamic and growing, with a national and international client base.
You will work across a mix of commercial litigation and property litigation matters as well as some debt recovery. You will support the Litigation team on matters including partnership, corporate and shareholder disputes, patent ownership and protection, and disputes over joint ventures, construction and other business matters.
Within property litigation, the firm represents both commercial landlords and residential clients in real estate litigation cases. The team also deals with finance and banking disputes.
