Our Client is looking for a motivated Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a passion for property law and client care to join our residential property teams in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
- Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
- Manage finances including cash flow, quotations, and billing.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development.
About You:
- 1 – 8 years PQE in residential property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
- Experience in commercial property is a bonus.
What We Offer:
£45k – £58k (FTE) depending on experience (pro-rata for part-time).
24 days holiday per year plus Christmas Eve.
