Our client is a well-established and growing law firm based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced property Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE to join their practice and play a pivotal role in its future direction.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor looking to step into a senior role with a clear and structured succession plan to take over from the retiring Senior Partner. You will manage a broad mixed property caseload of commercial and residential matters, working closely with long-standing clients while developing new business opportunities. You will work alongside the Senior Partner on day-to-day management and strategic decision-making, with increasing leadership and management responsibility over time as part of a planned succession.
Candidate Requirements
