THE ROLE
A construction / projects Senior Associate is sought to join the London office to work on front end (contracts and transactional) construction / projects.
The role will involve advising on mainly international construction / projects work. The firm is looking for a Projects / Construction Senior Associate to join the firm’s London office working on front end (contracts and transactional) construction / projects.
ABOUT YOU
Experience of advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation, joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation and alliance agreements would be ideal.
The role would suit those with private practice and/or in house experience and at least 6 pqe.
The team’s work includes projects and construction work in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Ideally you’ll have some international experience which will be ideal given the extensive portfolio of international work.
Ideally you be working for a London firm or a strong regional firm. The role comes with excellent benefits and excellent hybrid working. The hybrid working is excellent and they can offer people to work in the office once a week, or even, one day every fornight. Our client would be happy to hear from candidates with 1,2,3.4 5, 6 or more years experience.
