Are you a company Commercial Solicitor, seeking a new role? Our client are on the edge of the City of London looking for a Solicitor with 6-7 years PQE in Company Commercial to join this busy team. This role is suited to an ambitious individual with a desire to work towards becoming a Partner and eventually leading the team.
Responsibilities
- Advise owner‑managed businesses and SMEs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
- Work on corporate finance projects and collaborate closely with commercial real estate clients when appropriate.
- Contribute to business development activities and help grow the practice.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 6–7 years PQE in Company Commercial.
- Experience advising owner‑managed businesses and SMEs on company law, contracts, and corporate transactions.
- Some corporate finance background is desirable.
- Experience of working with commercial real estate type clients is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in business development and a small following would be required.
