One of the leading law firms in West End Central London is looking to recruit a commercial property Solicitor to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters. The firm seeks a real estate/commercial property lawyer with experience in dealing with various commercial property legal matters.
This law firm’s commercial property practice deals with a range of matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property joint ventures
- Property matters in the hospitality and leisure sector
- Developments
- Property finance
- Corporate support
The firm currently provides a wide range of commercial and private client legal services in addition to commercial property/real estate work, such as corporate and commercial law, commercial and property litigation, employment law, residential property, family law, and private client.
My Client is offering Partnership to candidates along with an excellent salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, and landlord and tenant matters.
