We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our highly reputable team.

As part of the team of lawyers and support staff, you will be dealing with existing clients as well as new ones, offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and ensuring that the service levels we provide remain top-class.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Building a good rapport with referrers and clients
• Dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters, including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation.
• Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs

You will be required to have a flexible and positive approach to working in a busy and growing firm.

• Ideally 4 years+ PQE
• A good knowledge of Litigation
• Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, articulate, and welcoming
• You take pride in what you do and provide the highest level of client service
• A hard worker who wants to develop their legal career and progress quickly
• A team player
