This highly regarded firm is looking for a strong residential property solicitor to join their thriving team in Essex. They are very well-known in the industry for being a very good firm to work for as well as providing a great service.
You will need to be able to run live freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity instructions. They are ideally looking at candidates that have been fee earning for 3 years+
You will be client driven have good client facing skills and be a good all round residential property solicitor. You will have full support from a dedicated paralegal and a separate onboarding and post completion team.
