An exciting opportunity has arisen as my client is recruiting for a specialist Agriculture Partner based in Essex. It is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Partner-level Lawyer to lead and grow the practice advising farmers, landed estates, rural businesses and developers on agricultural property, farm tenancies, rural diversification etc.

- Build and lead a new agriculture practice with clear firm support and autonomy to shape the team with excellent links across Essex, London, and East Anglia.

- This is a long-established, full-service regional practice with ambitious three-year growth plans ahead of them.
- The firm has a strong client base ranging from local landowners and rural businesses to larger commercial entities.
- You will supervise, mentor and recruit fee earners and support staff as the team grows.
Our client is keen to hear from Senior Associates, or Partners in Agricultural law. Excellent benefits on offer, and you will be made an equity partner within 2 years of joining. You do not require a following. The Firm has a team in place and is already busy and the work is there. The focus is Leadership, technical excellence and building on an established reputation.
