About the Role
Due to continued success, this highly regarded Commercial Litigation team is now looking for a Solicitor with 3 years experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload. You will need significant experience in advising on a range of business disputes, including the sale of goods and services, breach of contract, debt recovery, business ownership and partnership disputes, regulatory cases and some intellectual property work.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work well with other departments to increase cross referral instructions.
- Willingness to invest in and oversee junior members of the team.
