Cross-border M and The conduct of employment due diligence on corporate transactions and the drafting, mark-up and negotiation of employment warranties and indemnities as needed. You’ll bring 4+ years’ PQE in employment law. Strong drafting, advisory, and transactional experience. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
