The Role
This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and national clients. You’ll be advising on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Succession planning
- Employee share schemes (including EMIs, EBTs, and EOTs)
- Restructures and demergers
- Finance and governance documents
- Shareholder agreements and partnership structures
- Commercial contracts and franchising arrangements

About You

Ideally, you’ll have around 8+ years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate and commercial work. However, experience counts more than titles – we welcome interest from those with more or fewer years of PQE, and from both SRA and FILEX qualified professionals.
