Our client is a well-known profitable and fast-growing Central London Legal 500 law firm. They have a small successful commercial team. One of the team's partners is approaching retirement and our client is succession planning. They are interested in speaking to senior company/commercial lawyers with broad experience who might be interested in joining their team.

The team focuses on buying and selling businesses and general commercial contract work. The bulk of their clients are in London/SE/International Private companies/Entrepreneurs – fast growth. You will be comfortable working on Β£5-10M+ deals along with wealthy individuals, HNW and UHNW.

Unusually, the firm doesn't require the candidate to have a portable following but some evidence of an ability to generate work will be helpful, so some following is required. Hybrid working on offer 1 or 2 days a week in the London office.

We are looking for Company Commercial Partners with between 10 - 20 years PQE.
