We have been asked to recruit for a highly respected law firm based in Northampton. With a Legal 500-recognised Corporate Commercial department, Lexcel Accreditation, and a strong local and national reputation, the firm continues to go from strength to strength.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and national clients. You’ll be advising on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Succession planning
  • Employee share schemes (including EMIs, EBTs, and EOTs)
  • Restructures and demergers
  • Finance and governance documents
  • Shareholder agreements and partnership structures
  • Commercial contracts and franchising arrangements

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings both legal expertise and commercial insight. You’ll be confident in advising on complex matters, able to work independently while also supporting more junior team members, and enthusiastic about business development.

Ideally, you’ll have around 8+ years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate and commercial work. However, experience counts more than titles – we welcome interest from those with more or fewer years of PQE, and from both SRA and FILEX qualified professionals.
