Our Clients are a leading law firm, looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to join the busy team.
The role will be busy and varied with an opportunity for the right candidate to take on more responsibility.
This firm offers a full range of services to all kinds of clients, from simple transactions through to complex schemes. We act for landlords, tenants, developers, funders and investors, individuals, corporates, charities and landowners across industries from retail and renewable energy to leisure and life sciences.
Liaising primarily with the Partners and fee-earners in the Commercial Property Department but also with other parts of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting for private landowners (individuals, trustees, family businesses) in relation to a wide range of rural property and landed estate matters with a focus on sales and development including:
- Sales and purchases.
- Agricultural tenancies.
- Estate management including easements and covenants.
- Option agreements.
- Overage agreements.
- Variation and implementation of development agreements and conditional contracts.
- First registrations.
- Property elements arising from private client tax advice.
- All aspects of landlord and tenant work including new leases, renewal leases and licences for consent.
- Estate management including advice relating to complex circumstances.
- Asset management.
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property.
- Real Estate financing.
- Corporate support.
Experience required:
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Commercial Property law.
