An established and highly regarded law firm Legal 500 is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitors (5 years’ PQE) to join its growing Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyers looking to work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base, including both businesses and private individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, redundancies, TUPE and organisational restructures
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and related documentation
- Supporting corporate transactions through employment law advice and due diligence
- Providing commercially focused, strategic advice tailored to clients' objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development activities, including networking, client training and seminars
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law and will possess:
- Strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong client care and relationship management abilities
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
