This Legal 500 law firm in Central London, which is well known for its commercial property work, is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to be a part of its highly regarded team.
About the role:
- You will be part of a team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, property finance and the property aspects of corporate transactions
- Working closely with an array of veryprestigious clients across various sectors such as office, leisure, high-end retail, and hospitality
About you:
- Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE up to 8 or 9 yrs pqe plus.
- Comfortable managing your own caseload
- Proficient in landlord and tenant work, including negotiating new leases, assignments, renewals, alterations and variations
- Sound knowledge of commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Previous experience at a City or West End firm or a leading regional practice preferred
- Property finance experience is advantageous but not essential
- Confident in marketing and business development with proven track record in winning clients and building strong relationships
