The Role
We’re looking for a Production Operative to join our team and help deliver high-quality products on time, every time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and setting up machinery
- Completing production orders from internal teams
- Carrying out daily safety and start-up checks
- Inspecting parts against drawings and tolerances
- Performing quality checks using measuring equipment
- Reporting faults, hazards, or production issues
- Supporting assembly work and using hand tools
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
You’ll also have the opportunity to support different areas of production during busy periods.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
