What You’ll Do:
● Collaborate directly with the CEO to streamline and enhance daily operations.
● Oversee key aspects of the Jeddah 2 gym branches operation, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding member experiences, in addition to supporting the expansion into Riyadh
● Apply your financial literacy skills to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and support decision-making.
● Utilize your marketing know-how to contribute to campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility.
● Be the go-to person for problem-solving and improving operational efficiency.

- Must be located in Jeddah; role is fully on-site.
- Preference for someone with experience in the Saudi market

You’ll be stepping into a leadership seat currently held by the CEO, with the mandate to scale RGFIT from a solid foundation into a leading regional fitness brand.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: SAR 15,000–25,000 depending on experience plus commission/bonus (KPI-based)
