RG Consultancy is pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established engineering company based in Wrexham to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious AAT studier looking to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and journals
- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Managing sales and purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Credit control duties
- Liaising with suppliers and other departments within the company
- Supporting ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Reporting directly to the Management Accountant
