RG Consultancy are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Finance & Accountancy Specialist Recruitment Agency based in Westhoughton. This role offers the opportunity for someone to build a successful career within recruitment within a growing business. Full training can be provided and there is ample opportunity for development and progression within the business. We offer an industry leading bonus scheme with uncapped earning potential.
About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates and building strong client relationships, to managing the recruitment process from start to finish within the finance sector. You will be able to manage your own desk and be responsible for developing your own client database. Full training is on offer, as well as ongoing support and one-to-one mentorship, with a clear pathway to more senior positions as you develop your career within recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance & accounting roles
- Write job adverts to attract suitable candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job taking, advert posting, candidate screening, CV submission, interview booking, offer process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service
