RG Consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a well-known manufacturing company based in Wallasey. This would be an excellent opportunity for an AAT part/qualified candidate to join a supportive team within a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Accurately processing a high volume of purchase invoices each month
- Matching and coding purchase invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing monthly payroll
- BACs payments
- Completing supplier statement reconciliation
- Managing retention checks and related invoicing
- Maintaining and resolving supplier accounts and queries
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as required
