Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its finance team.
The Accounts Receivable clerk will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process whilst working closely with the wider finance team and internal departments, you will help ensure efficient cash collection and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions and cash allocation
- Raise and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Monitor customer accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Cash bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end accounts receivable activities.
- Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team.
Person specification
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, sales ledger or credit control role
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
