RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic fast growing SME who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the business. This is a brand newly created role to support the day to day running of the finance department due to company growth. You will report into the Financial Director and oversee a small transactional finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career from practice into an industry role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Ownership and responsibility of monthly management accounts
- Budget, forecasting and cashflow management
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Manage the audit process and external advisors
- Company with HMRC (VAT, CIS, corporation tax)
- Maintain strong finance controls and internal processes
- Work alongside operational, commercial and other leadership teams within the business
- Oversee a small transactional finance team
Person Specification:
- Proven experience within a financial/accounts management position
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Strong IT skills including advanced MS Excel
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Candidates from practice looking for a move into industry would be desirable
