RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established company based near to Southport, West Lancashire who are looking for a stand-alone Payroll Manager to join their team. Sitting within the finance department and reporting to the Finance Director, this stand-alone Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll for the weekly and monthly employees.

Duties include:

  • Managing end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll
  • Process new starters/leavers, salary changes, absences etc.
  • Submit RTI returns to HMRC
  • Manage payroll inbox and deal with any employee payroll queries
  • Payroll reporting as required
  • Continual system and process improvements
