RG Consultancy are delighted to be supporting an excellent, well-established business based in the Shevington area of Wigan who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their small, friendly team.
This Financial Accountant role would be responsible for overseeing all the regulatory and statutory financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and accounting standards.
Duties include
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting, month end closing and group reporting for UK entities
- Preparing and submitting statutory accounts (FRS 102)
- Managing all tax compliance, calculations & returns
- Liaising with HMRC as required
- Developing regulatory policies and procedures
- Liaise with shared service centre team providing support and guidance where needed
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
