RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent construction company based in Rawtenstall who are looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their team.
This Bookkeeper role will report to the Directors of the company and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts for the business.
Duties include
- Management of purchase and sales ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing subcontractor invoices and supplier payments
- Credit control
- CIS returns
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Monthly reporting
- Liaising with external accountants as required
- Supporting with month end and year end close
This Bookkeeper role would be ideal for someone with experience working in accounts within the construction sector and with knowledge of CIS, DRC VAT, and the application for payments process.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress and grow as the main point of contact within accounts.
