We are pleased to be working with an excellent engineering company located in Pontefract, who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent all round accounts (transactional) role initially with the view to develop overtime.
Duties include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with purchase invoices (they have an automated system for this)
- Matching and coding invoices
- BACs payments
- Credit card reconciliation
- Reporting sales expenditure
- Cash flow forecasting
- Supplier statements
- Other adhoc duties
