RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent legal company based in Manchester who are looking to add a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant to their team to support the finance function through accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Working alongside the Financial Director, this is a great role for someone who has strong forecasting and analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analysis.
  • Analyse business performance, variances, and trends.
  • Support cash flow forecasting.
  • Produce KPI reports and financial dashboards.
  • Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions.

Person Specification

  • Strong forecasting and scenario analysis experience.
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
