RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established and growing company based in Lytham who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, and supporting the Management Accountants, the Assistant Management Accountant will play a key part in the business decision making by providing accurate financial reporting and overseeing month end processes.
Duties include:
- Preparing month end journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L analysis
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Assisting with year end audit
- Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting
