We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing medium sized turnover business seeking an experienced
Finance Manager . This role offers a genuine opportunity to become a permanent member of the finance team as the business continues to develop and invest in its infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and production of monthly management accounts.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of financial controls.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Producing financial reports and providing meaningful insight to senior management.
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
- Managing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting.
- Business partnering with operational managers and directors.
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives and driving efficiencies across the finance function.
- Assisting with ERP implementation, system migration or finance system upgrades.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout periods of organisational change.
You will ideally possess
- Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Previous involvement in ERP system implementation, finance transformation projects, or major system migrations.
- Experience managing finance processes during periods of business change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using modern ERP or accounting systems.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
