RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, growing company based in Worsley who are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is the main point of contact within the company, overseeing the whole finance department.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for all companies
- Manage all staff and oversee the accounts team and other departments within the company
- Preparation of management statements
- Submit quarterly VAT returns for all entities
- Complete and submit monthly CIS returns
- Process inter-company charges for all entities
- Credit control - chase overdue balances
- Monitor variances on P&L with monthly and year-to-date comparisons
- Reconcile nominal ledger for all companies
- Preparation of financial information
- Manage and monitor company deadlines (confirmation statement, VAT, Corp Tax, PAYE, CIS, YE accounts)
- Provide holiday cover for Payroll - full payroll process using Sage 50 Payroll
- Post Payroll journals and complete excels for all companies
