RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent, growing company based in Darwen who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their small friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance Director as part of a team of 3, this Accounts Assistant role will predominantly cover the purchase ledger duties as well as supporting across sales ledger and month end.
The Accounts Assistant responsibilities include
- Processing of invoices with attention to detail
- Supplier statement reconciliations - resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing payments
- Processing credit notes
- Raising sales invoices
- Regular reporting
This role would be ideal for someone with experience working in a busy accounts office and gives the opportunity for someone to get involved in all aspects of accounts.
