RG Consultancy are delighted to be supporting an excellent, growing construction company who are looking to add an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance function. Based out of their brand new offices in Buckhaw Village - Chorley, the Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the small accounts team and helping to ensure continual profitability during this exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will be the key person in finance and help provide detailed information to assist in strategic decision making.
Duties include:
- Production of monthly management accounts across 4 divisions
- P&L variance analysis and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cashflow management
- WIP reviews
- Supervise accounts team of 2
- Lead on audit
- Year end accounts
- Continual system and process improvements
This Finance Manager role is ideal for someone with a construction background and is looking to grow into a Finance Director role in the future. Operating as the right hand person to the Managing Director, it is a great opportunity for someone to have a real impact in the future direction of the business.
