We are working with an excellent company located in Bury who are looking for an assistant management accountant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to progress to this level, ideally someone who has had exposure to month end duties. This company offers a full study package for someone ambitious looking to do their ACCA/CIMA would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and fixed assets
- P&L reporting
- Assisting with the cash flow
- Assisting with the budgets and forecasting and quarterly re-forecasts
- Support with the purchase ledger and sales ledger duties when required
- Other adhoc duties within finance
Qualifications
- SAGE 50 experience
- Strong IT skills/Excel knowledge is essential
