We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team based in Bury. The Accounts Assistant will support with General Accounts, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and any other ad hoc finance duties to support the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations, including daily banking duties
  • Invoice processing and posting, alongside Purchase and Sales Ledger support
  • Monthly statement reconciliations
  • Managing the accounts inbox and dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
