RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent, well-established company based in Wigan who are looking to add a Stock Controller to their team. This role would play a key part in managing circa £3mil of stock across multiple depots and keeping accurate records of the movement of company products.
This office-based role reports into the Customer Support Manager and will be responsible for managing stock levels throughout the business, providing administrative support for the warehouse and liaising with different departments and external stakeholders.
Some duties include:

Auditing stock movement and changes

Maintaining accurate stock records

Booking in/booking out of stock

Reconcile and report on stock errors and discrepancies

To contribute towards the improvement of processes, methods of operating and practices within the business

Arrange deliveries with logistics providers and process stock into the system

Maintaining fixed asset register

Raising goods-in notes
The successful Stock Controller will have experience in a Stock Control position in a busy warehouse environment. The role is heavily administration based so strong computer skills and good attention to detail are important.
