Job Description RG consultancy are proud to be working with a leading manufacturing company to help recruit an experienced management Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Finance manager this is a brilliant opportunity for a part/ qualified CIMA / ACCA professional be part of a successful company and manage a growing team of 4 . Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts ~ Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances ~ Producing monthly reporting packs and financial analysis ~ Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts ~ Monitoring costs, margins and overall business performance ~ Providing insight and financial information to non-finance stakeholders ~ Supporting cash flow forecasting and financial planning ~ Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements ~ Ensure financial controls and processes are maintained ~ Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting ~ Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties ~Competitive salary ~ Company pension ~37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times ~25 days holiday + bank with the opportunity to purchase more ~ Onsite parking ~ Private health insurance
