RG Consultancy are proud to be working with an excellent company who are looking to add a Finance Assistant to their Warrington based accounts team. This Finance Assistant role will have a focus on accounts payable and play a key part in the day-to-day accounting operations whilst also supporting the Management Accountant with month-end activities.
Duties include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Monitor and manage the accounts inbox
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Weekly/monthly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with month end journals
- Financial reporting as required
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations
- Support with credit control as required
