RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent, well-established and expanding company based in Blackburn who are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their team to help manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process.

The Senior Payroll Officer would oversee a Payroll Administrator and duties would include:

  • Ensuring the monthly end-to-end payroll process is completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee and manage the payroll aspect of company benefits.
  • Manage the monthly pension contributions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting to HMRC P11D and PSA submissions.
  • Be a point of contact for all payroll and benefit queries.
  • Oversee year end process.
  • Prepare annual payroll journal and assist with audit.

This Senior Payroll Officer role requires someone with strong knowledge of UK payroll and benefits legislation and is used to being hands-on with end-to-end payroll.
