Job Description
RG Consultancy are excited to be working with a well-established, well recognised company located on The Wirral, this company have been established for over 50 years and are an excellent business to be apart of.
We are recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant who is an independent working with strong analytical skills to join a close team of 10.
This role reports to the Financial Controller and would be perfect for an AAT qualified or part ACCA/CIMA qualified studier who is looking to progress within a company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist performing month end tasks: Accruals, prepayments and journals
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- All aspects of VAT returns
- All other ad hoc duties within the finance department
Skills and abilities:
- Able to work as part of a group alongside working independently
- Competent in completing tasks in a timely manner
- Strong analytical mind
