We are pleased to be working with an excellent large turnover business who are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis. You will be joining a medium sized finance team working with 6 staff members + HR and Payroll – so a busy office environment. Duties will include: Processing high volume invoices onto the ERP system Matching and coding invoices Weekly payment runs Supplier statement reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Bank reconciliations Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Assisting with accruals, prepayments and some additional month end General office duties such as; filing, printing and management of post Skills: Strong IT skills such as Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot tables) Benefits: 37.5 hours per week – flexible start and finish times 25 days + bank holidays – option to buy more days Study support for AAT Pension scheme Health care benefits …
