We are currently recruiting for a Finance/HR Administrator to join a well-established digital manufacturing brand who are developing new offices in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team if you are looking to grow in your financial career.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing time sheets and preparing monthly payroll information to be sent across to the accountants.
  • Maintain subcontractor invoices
  • Preparing all creditor payments
  • On boarding of new employees
  • Monitoring staff holiday/sickness etc.
  • Processing sales invoices and monthly statements
  • Processing expenses claims from employees
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with insurance renewals for fleet vehicles
  • Maintain all fuel card records

The ideal candidate

  • SAGE 50 knowledge would be an advantage
