Our client in Wigan is seeking an experienced Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT capability and excellent customer service skills who can confidently manage order workflows from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and order records
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries and provide updates
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Producing documentation, reports and order confirmations
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Essential Requirements
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using multiple systems
- Previous experience in a sales order processing or similar administrative role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
