This Accounts Payable role will be responsible for delivering high-quality expenses and accounts payable services, whilst ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve queries to ensure transactions are processed and allocated promptly
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile payments
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Process staff expense claims
- Reconcile direct debits and collaborate with cashiers
- Participate in Accounts Payable related projects
