We are looking for a Singaporean/PR who is a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design Development: Translate Client's brief into innovative design concepts and 3D visualities.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Materials Research: Investigate and specify materials, finishes and building systems (e.g. facade systems, cladding and structural elements).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Architects, Engineers and Consultants to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
- Project Support: Assist in the preparation of planning applications, building permit and Client presentations.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCad and Rhino. Experience with Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray for rendering is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, zoning by-laws and construction methods.
- Design Flair: A portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of symmetry, materials and spatial logic.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience: Experience in specific sectors (e.g. Residential, Commercial or Specialised Facade).
