Role Description
The Senior RF Front End Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Nottingham. The engineer will design, simulate, and validate RF front-end circuits and subsystems, including PAs, LNAs, filters, and matching networks for RF and mm-wave applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include schematic capture, RF layout guidance, performing lab measurements, and analyzing results to refine designs and improve performance. The role involves supporting architecture reviews, contributing to RF budgets, selecting appropriate RF components, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to de-risk complex designs. The engineer will also provide technical mentorship, contribute to best practices, and prepare clear documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
